  I have only good things to say about Paul, Jennifer, Bill and Skarr Agency. I have found them to be efficient, dependable and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them and have done so several times.

  HORRIBLE!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PAUL!!! I called this insurance to get information and when Paul answered he was so rude. When Paul answered he immediately placed me on hold, it happened so fast I thought he hung up on me. Then came back on line and said "what do you want" I informed him that I was just wanting to speak with a person to get an insurance quote, so at this point I was a potential customer, he then said he is busy and I need to email him "stuff". I don't even know this person and never exchanged any information before so how could a representative be so horrible at his job. Paul, I don't know if you'll ever read this but I hope you do! Here is some advice, if you don't like your job then switch fields OR learn some respect. I hope management can and will make the proper changes so this wont happen to anyone else!!!!!

  I called in with some fairly complicated insurance questions---Paul and his team answered all of my questions and even followed up a week later to make sure everything made sense and that I felt I was in the right policy. I wish I could give these guys seven stars for service. Big Hillary Clinton fan too that guy-- he didn't say so, but I could tell he was With Her this past fall. Sean
