  For some reason, this is the only Citibank branch I have had problems at. To make things clear, the tellers and personal bankers are friendly and courteous to customers. It is the Manager, Mr. Raynard Jackson, who does not seem to have any regard for his customers. If you have any questions, issues, or comments about the branch, most managers would love to get the feedback from a longtime client. Not Mr. Jackson, instead he completely disrespected me, and even attempted to insult my intelligence. I would much rather him tell me he does not want to meet with me, than treat me this way with no apologies. If you want to bank with Citi, do not come to this branch near 95th & IL-59, there is a much better branch on Aurora and IL-59. Mr. Raynard Jackson is just another one of these bankers with a monsterous ego, won't take criticism, who thinks he is much smarter than the average Joe, and of course don't forget his time is much more valuable than yours!! I prefer banking with a branch whose managers actually reach out to their clients, it just makes it much easier.

  I dont think I have come across the below mentioned Manager Mr. Raynard Jackson, but I have had good experience with this branch's customer service reps Amanda Lindstrom and Shaheen. Amanda is always smiling and courteous and ready to help with any question that one might have. She gives this branch of citibank a family - like feeling where I feel very comfortable and relaxed and know that any issue I have that needs to be resolved will get RESOLVED speedily and courteously. Any mistake done by a teller is rectified immediately either by phone or in-person. I always find that the tellers are smiling and courteous and the teller lines are fast moving. I know that any transaction that I have come for will get done in the shortest time possible. Ideal banking situation for a working individual like me. Keep up the good work Amanda and Shaheen !
