  I just wrote wrong my shipping address, which my order package couldn't be sent to me. I left messages for this carrier service, and came to the post office to correct it. The courier Lauren was very responsible and patient, she did her best to help me find the effective way to handle it. Also, she got the manager and other team member's support and assistant. I was very impressed by such great team! When I checked my mailbox and found my package was already there. It's so exciting! The carrier guy is very responsible and wise too! If the carrier guy could response to my message, then both of the post office and me could save more time. If the phone service did work timely and patiently, then we could avoid to find the right person to listen it again. It seems that the best staffs hides behind the door, including the best supervisors.

  This is a fine postal office. I've been using their services since 1999 for domestic and international shipments - inbound and outbound. Yet to have a piece of mail lost. The staff is friendly and cordial, even when lines are long.

  I came in just before closing on a weekday and was frazzled about sending some documents out on time and managed to pick the wrong envelope, etc. However, the gentleman at the desk was kind and patient with me and made sure my documents would arrive in a timely fashion, with the correct postage to boot. At no point did I feel rushed through my transaction.

  I sent a package 2 Day on 9/7/17 from this location to Ohio, with expected delivery 9/9/17. It is now 9/14/17 and it is still not there. I sent an envelope regular delivery also on 9/7/7 from Naperville to Olympia Fields IL and it is 9/14/17 and it is also still not there. I called the 1-800 # just now and was told it was a 1hr 40min wait to talk with a customer service person live! Though I know there are hurricane issues in the south, these 2 packages were sent local and before Irma. This is the reason that the postal service is struggling today - one cannot talk to anyone and the service is just not acceptable.
