- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had a couple of Coach purses that I wasn't using so I brought them to Naperville Pawn to see if I couldn't get a few dollars for them. Not only did they give me a great price for my bags, but I now realize they are the most honest guys around! In one of the bags, I left some money in the pocket. A few days later, they contacted me and informed me. I couldn't believe it! I just know, anywhere else, they would have kept the money and I would have never have known about it. Gregg and his partner were very knowledgeable about all kinds of collectables and very willing to share that information. They told us the true value of our silver and said they would work with us on the price. We went to two other stores, neither of which had the friendly atmosphere and both gave us very low offers. We were happy to go back to Gregg, who gave us a much better price. We will not waste time going anywhere else to sell any other valuables. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Absolutely outstanding selling experience at Naperville Jewelry and Loan. It started with Tom as soon as we walked through the door but by the end of our visit all three guys were helping to rummage through and educate us about our stuff. Even though they politely passed on purchasing many of our items, they still took the time to enthusiastically do some research and explaining on each item. Their honesty and candor earned my trust and I felt welcome in their store the whole time even though my visit resulted in only a very small transaction. Will definitely be back.
